Winchester City Council (WCC) invites you to an exhibition to view proposals for a new Extra Care scheme at Chesil Street and related measures to mitigate the loss of the surface car park. This exhibition is open to everyone.

Join Dangerous Ideas Southampton at their screening of Charles Ferguson's academy award winning documentary Inside Job about the 2008 global economic crisis. There will be an opportunity to learn about rising debt, increasing inequality, unaffordable housing and local money leaking into tax havens.

The Waste Action Group aims to promote the ethos of  'Prevent, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover and Dispose' in terms of waste. 

 The objectives for 2014/15 are:

Visit Castle Square for the opportunity to sample a variety of stalls with products and information from a range of community groups, including local organic vegetables from Northdown Orchard. Find out more about environmentally friendly living in Basingstoke and the surrounding area.

21 September 2014 is a Global Day of Action. There will be all sorts of activities in London. WinACC supporters will be travelling on the 11.23 train to London together. if you want to join us, be on the platform at 11.20 at the end furthest from the entrance.
