Winchester City Council is inviting local businesses to attend a breakfast meeting to help shape the council’s future economic plans and priorities as well as hear about their plans for car parking across the Winchester District . Cllr Robert Humby, Deputy Leader of Winchester City Council, said:

We value businesses opinions and ideas, and believe that they can and should have a voice in shaping Council policy and practice. Economic prosperity is one of this administration’s key priorities and we look forward to working with our partners to continue to support the business community.

Representatives from large companies such as IBM and Denplan have already confirmed their attendance, as well as small and medium sized businesses from across the entire Winchester District which also includes the smaller settlements of Alresford, Bishop’s Waltham, Denmead and Wickham.

Spaces for the business breakfast are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booking is essential.
