Wednesday, 22 November 2017 - 5:30pm to 7:00pm

The first in a series of interactive and engaging workshops to explore the themes around Climate Change to set the agenda for the planned University of Winchester Centre for Climate Change Education and Communication.

The workshops will last 1 - 2 hours, with Prof Carole Parkes to set the scene, a graphic artist (Emma Paxton) to capture the outcomes, using the format of a 'world cafe'. We invite you to participate, be inspired and to challenge. Hosted by Dr Tammi Sinha (CCE&C lead). Book your place here.

Workshop 1 will explore the political landscape surrounding Climate Change and will introduce the UN Sustainable Development Goals, update participants on the highlights of the Bonn 2017 meeting and explore how we should build our centre to education and inform policy makers and global / local change agents in this area. Professor Carole Parkes Special Advisor to the UN Responsible Management Education will set the scene, we will then explore options for engaging policy makers and political leaders in this space.
