Friday, 8 June 2018 - 9:00pm to Wednesday, 11 July 2018 - 5:00pm

WinACC (Winchester Action on Climate Change) and the University of Winchester are delighted to be hosting WWF's Picture England exhibition. Featuring photographs, text and the landscape paintings of Jane Skingley, the exhibition presents a positive vision of our countryside in the face of climate change.

Jane Skingley is a largely self-taught artist who gave up a successful career in the city to paint full time. Jane sells her work world-wide. Jane lives in the countryside on the border between Hampshire and Berkshire and feels connected to the landscape around her and is passionate about preserving it for the future.

WinACC works to lower the carbon footprint of Winchester District by inspiring low carbon living. One of our distinct themes is seeking to reconnect people with the natural environment and safeguard it for the future in the face of climate change.

Exhibition opening hours:
Weekdays: 9am-6pm (onsite parking from 4pm)
Weekends*: Saturday 10am-4m (onsite parking all day), Sunday by arrangement.

* Weekend opening may be restricted, please email visualart@winchester.ac.uk before making a special trip.
