See WinACC's response to Winchester City Council consultation on a draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the Central Winchester Regeneration Area (which includes Silver Hill) ended 5 February.  

The draft Supplementary Planning Document was prepared by JTP architects and masterplanners. It sets out a vision and urban design framework for the future development of the area.
