The next meeting of the Central Winchester Regeneration Informal Policy Group is meeting on Monday 25 September from 6pm in the Bapsy Hall, Guildhall Winchester.

The City Council decided at its meeting on Thursday 28 January 2016 to end its deal with TH Real Estate to redevelop the Silver Hill area of Winchester.

The Silver Hill Independent Review has now started. If you would like to make a written submission, send it to by the end of April 2015.

The Queens Bench has decided that Winchester City Council acted unlawfully in agreeing to change the requirements on the developers of Silver Hill without inviting other firms to tender for the revised contract. See the full legal judgement.
