WinACC responded to the planning application , focussing on the poor pedestrian access and suggesting how this might be improved by traffic reduction. 

Winchester City Council have recently submitted a new planning application focusing on the Extra-Care scheme on Chesil street. The Council aspires to replace residential permit parking and build a day centre and communal facilities for the local residents.
